We offer heavy-duty beach cleaning equipment that are tractor attached and not draw-bar pulled behind. This makes them more maneuverable then other large and heavy pull behind models. They easily attached to a tractors 3 point hitch system (lower arms and top link) and uses the 540 rpm PTO for powering the sifting action. They have intensive vibrating sifting screens that helps remove small debris better then Tine Raking equipment. These units have easy to change sifting screens, easy to remove and replace front cutting blade that can be unbolted and replaced in minutes. A Heavy-Duty cast iron transmission and drive shafts are used on all models. These heavy-duty tractor attached beach cleaners are designed for many years of service. Excellent for equestrian footing stone removal, de-rocking in horse arenas, paddocks and corrals. Superior in beach reclamation projects that require debris removal from the dredging material. Excellent for the final sifting process of any beach or sand area.
The heavy-duty tractor attached models are available in 52", 65", 82" and the largest 94" inches working/processing widths. The debris bin uses a hydraulic piston and cable system to open and close the bin door. The piston is attached on top of the units and not inside the debris bin area like other models. This protects the hydraulic piston from being damage by debris entering the bin. The tractor requirements for the HD52 are a minimum PTO 20-25 HP, HD65 a minimum PTO 30-35 HP, HD82 a minimum PTO 70-75 HP and the HD94 a minimum PTO 100-125 HP. If your smaller tractor is not equipped with a hydraulic rear spool connection, no problem. The smaller HD52 unit, can be equipped with an optional manual hydraulic lever pump kit, you can inquire with your requirements. Please check the horsepower and tractor size requirements for all units. We also offer walk behind beach cleaners. Walk behind models are excellent for smaller areas or where the tractor models will not fit. The walk behinds works well in sand volleyball areas and golf bunker applications. And soon, exclusively from CleanSands, will be the patented Sand Cleaning Tool, the Sandragin. This will be great for the daily surface grooming of smaller areas or around tables and chairs. You can be included in the release emailing list when production begins.
